As Executive Director, Grace is the heart & soul of the
Alpena Senior Citizens Center. She oversees the daily
operations, working hard to make sure the welfare of
the seniors of Alpena County is the primary focus of the Center.

Cindy Schleben, Bookkeeper
Cindy keeps track of all the financials for the Center.
She is responsible for reports needed to procure grants
and funding required for Center operation.

Deb Smith, A/R Clerk, Home Delivered Meals
Deb takes care of all deposits for money coming into the
Center. She handles monthly billing for newsletter
advertising and in-home services. Deb is also the person
to talk to about the Home Delivered Meal program.

Christine Losinski, Prescription Maintenance Program
As a trained MMAP Volunteer, Christine Losinski is a valuable source
of information for any questions dealing with Medicare, Medicare
Part D, and drug company sponsored prescription assistance
programs. Christine is also involved in the Kinship Care program
for grandparents raising grandchildren.

Gudrun Seck, Public Relations Coordinator
Gudrun is the gal in the corner office who does the
announcements before meals. She also puts together the
monthly newsletter, as well as any posters, ads, tickets
and brochures to advertise Center activities. If you see
something in print about the Center, she probably had a
hand in it. Oh...and she updates the website and facebook
page too.

Shelly Clarke, Activities Coordinator
Shelly is the gal who keeps things rocking and shaking in activities. She coordinates all the great things going on at the Center. She's always looking for new ideas to put on the calendar. Let her know if there's something you'd like to see at the Center

Margaret Woodruff, Receptionist
Margaret is the lady behind the front counter Wednesdays-Fridays. She'll not only greet you as you come in the door or on the phone, she can assist you with signing
up for one of our many trips from Good Times Travel.

Janice Bellardine, Receptionist, Activities
Janice is the lady at the front counter Monday and Friday afternoons. Janice also helps out with Activities and decorating, pinch hits at the Congregate Meal Desk, and calls Bingo. Lots of hats this lady has!
Dave Smith, Maintenance
Dave is the guy who clean up all our messes! Daily, you'll find him moving chairs and tables to accommodate activities, not to mention sweeping & mopping, shoveling, raking & mowing. He also works with In Home Services Coordinator to manage the Center Loan Closet for Home Medical Supplies. Dave can be reached by calling 989-356-3585.
Kitchen Crew
We are fortunate to have a wonderfully talented group in our kitchen to whip up those tasty meals! The crew includes: Rita Northrup, Robert Koseba, Barb Precord, Rosa Green.
In-Home-Service Providers
The Senior Center has some great ladies who go to the homes of Alpena County seniors to take care of them with one or more of our valuable home services. These ladies include:

Home Delivered Meals Delivery Staff
Through all types of weather, these dedicated individuals deliver meals to the homes of
shut-in seniors in Alpena County.

The Board of Directors meet the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00am
for a board meeting. This meeting takes place at the Alpena Senior Citizens Center, 501 River Street, Alpena, and is open to the public.
